Short summary:
This study will contribute to the development and implementation of the European Unionīs policy of accessibility and usability of information and communication technology products and services for all (e-accessibility). The study provides information about the approaches, practices and the impact of measures to promote e-accessibility, taking into consideration the interests of end-users and other relevant aspecs such as competitivity and market forces.
