Kort presentasjon av prosjektet:
The implementation of eGovernment solutions is expected to bring a number of advantages including efficiency, increased user satisfaction, reduction of administrative burden. However, this cannot be taken for granted, well informed strategic decisions on investments in eGovernment developments will need measurements of impact and user satifisfaction. The eGovMoNet therefore propose to raise the awareness and stimulate uptake of eGovernment impact and user satisfaction measurments, and contribute to the harmonisation and quality of measurement frameworks.

The network will organise two annual two days events preferably linked to highly profield international eGovernment events. The eGovMoNet events will be one workshop focusing on research issues related to measurements where researchers present experiences and ideas and key Government stakeholders are invited to commen, and one benchlearning session where government stakeholders are invited to present experiences and shortcomings, and researchers will analyse and document the situation.
