The registration due date for participants with papers has passed, and the persons that did not register in time were taken out of the programme. It is still possible for participants without papers to register. 


Each person wishing to attend the Conference needs to register individually; no group bookings can be made.
All participants with papers must register NO LATER THAN APRIL 20TH to
be included to the program. After this time, we cannot guarantee participation in the NYRIS10 session program. This is important to avoid "no-shows" during the sessions at Lillehammer in June, and to make a better program for all participants. 
Other participants may register after this date presupposed that there are available hotel rooms.

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Delegate registration fees
Early Registration - before March 14th:                            NOK 2.500,-
Late Registration - after March 14th:                               NOK 3.000,-
Student fee (for PhD Students):                                      NOK 1.500,-

The registration fee for delegates includes:

  • Admission ti the Conference
  • Final programme and Abstract book
  • Lunch at Lillehammer University College June 14th and 15th
  • Tea and coffee during whole conference period

If your payment is not received before March 14th 2008, the late fee will automatically be charged.

Students
Participants applying for student fees should send a proof of their student status
(a photocopy of the university identity card) to:

Confirmation
After we have received your registration form and payment you will be sent a confirmation letter and a general information letter with important details for your participation. Registration for lunch June 14-15th, which are included in the registration fee, must also be marked on the form, in order to obtain a ticket.
 
Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to CIC by e-mail.

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of (NOK 500) will then be charged.

Payment/deposit
Payment of the registration fee and 1 night deposit, should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

Please indicate your name and payment reference number: 8067 on all money transfers.
We will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or reference number is not mentioned, nor will we accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

 
 - Credit card: We accept either Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard. Please indicate your credit card information on the registration form.

Admission to the Congress is granted only if CIC has received the registration fee and final payment. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a copy of payment to the Congress. Failure to produce this on request gives CIC the right to charge the amount to your credit card.

 
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to CIC. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 19th April, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less NOK 600,- for administrative expenses. For cancellations made after this date we regret that no refunds can be made.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to CIC. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 19th April up to which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of NOK 500,-. We regret that the hotel deposit cannot be refunded after this date.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to CIC. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 1st June, up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date and up to two days before the start of the conference, 50% of the expenses will be refunded.
